What: Legislation that will be considered by the Subcommittee includes:
- H.R. 7443, the “I&A Mission Reorientation Act of 2026,” which was introduced by Subcommittee Chairman August Pfluger and cosponsored by Subcommittee Ranking Member Seth Magaziner (D-RI).
- H.R. 7764, the “National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Program Reassignment and Funding Reform Act of 2026,” which was introduced by Rep. Gabe Evans (R-CO) and cosponsored by Rep. Nellie Pou (D-NJ) and Rep. Matt Van Epps (R-TN).
- H.R. 7574, the “ELO Realignment and Strategic Engagement Reform Act of 2026,” which was introduced by Rep. Evans and cosponsored by Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY).
