Subcommittee Chair Garbarino to Hold Hearing on “The State of American Cybersecurity”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Tomorrow, Thursday, March 23 at 10:00 AM ET, House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection Chairman Andrew Garbarino (R-NY) will hold a hearing to evaluate the state of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Committee’s CISA 2025 initiative is a roadmap on oversight, engagement, and legislative goals to ensure CISA matures into a more effective operational agency by 2025, while avoiding unnecessary bureaucratic red-tape.
