WITNESSES ADDED: Mother of Rachel Morin, Former USBP Chief Patrol Agent, San Diego County Supervisor to Testify in Hearing on Biden-Harris Border Policies

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– Today, the House Committee on Homeland Security announced the witnesses for a hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET, to examine how the policies and actions of the Biden-Harris administration sparked the unprecedented border crisis that began in early 2021, how the president and his “border czar” have doubled down on those policies, and how this crisis by design has undermined the safety and security of communities across our country.

Testimony will be provided by Patty Morin, the mother of Rachel Morin, a mother of five who was tragically murdered in Maryland last year by an illegal alien; Aaron Heitke, retired chief patrol agent for the San Diego Sector; and Jim Desmond, a member of the San Diego Country Board of Supervisors.
