Life on the Border: Examining Border Security through the Eyes of Local Residents and Law Enforcement

Local law enforcement officials, business and community leaders, ranchers and residents understand the very real border security challenges our nation faces because they live every day with the ramifications of an unsecure border.  Hearing their first-hand perspectives will inform the border security discussion and arm policy makers with the ground truth needed to develop a better plan to secure the border. This field hearing, occurring at 10 a.m. AZ local time and 1 p.m. ET,  will be in the Council Chambers at the Sahuarita Town Hall Building, located at 375 W. Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, Arizona.
