The Future of FEMA: Recommendations of Former Administrators

This hearing is the second in a series of hearings that will provide recommendations to the next Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Subcommittee will receive testimony from previous FEMA leadership regarding their experiences ensuring the United States is resilient in a post-9/11 and post-Hurricane Katrina environment. It will also provide a forum for previous leadership to impart key insights needed to take FEMA into the future.
