POSTPONED — The Future of FEMA: The Administrator’s Perspective

Due to the continuing response to Hurricane Harvey, the Subcommittee on Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Communications hearing entitled “The Future of FEMA: The Administrator’s Perspective,” scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, HAS BEEN POSTPONED to a date and time to be announced.



This hearing is the third in the Subcommittee’s series on the future of FEMA.  During National Preparedness Month, and following hearings with stakeholders and former administrators, this hearing will provide Subcommittee Members an opportunity to question FEMA’s new Administrator, Brock Long, on current FEMA operations and his plans to continue to enhance FEMA’s capabilities.
