How Can the United States Secret Service Evolve to Meet the Challenges Ahead?

This hearing will be the first time Director Randy Alles testifies before the Subcommittee and will examine how he intends to reform and improve the United States Secret Service.  Specifically, this hearing will review the agency’s staffing, recruitment, and morale improvement efforts, as well as agency challenges such as resource constraints and misconduct.
