The Committee on Homeland Security will meet in open markup session to consider the following measure:
H.R. 2830, to authorize appropriations for the Coast Guard for fiscal year 2008, and for other purposes. The “Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2007.” H.R. 2830 was reported by the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure on September 20, 2007, and sequentially referred to the Committee on Homeland Security for consideration of such provisions of the bill and the amendment as fall within the jurisdiction of that committee pursuant to clause 1(i), rule X.
